Crank Brothers Short Titanium Egg Beater Spindles can be fitted to any age and model of Egg Beater pedal (except MXR pedals). The kit comes complete with a rebuild kit for both 02 and 03- pedals, so you can replace bearings and seals at the same time. The short spindles decrease the Q factor of the bike, which many racers prefer.
