Whether you have flat feet, normal feet or a high arch - SQlab,together with the former triathlon world champion and foot expert Bjorn Gustaffson, have developed insoles just for you. The designs are specific to each different foot type and to the special requirements of cycling, and work to support the individual weak points of each type of foot.
 
The 214 insole is designed for those with a low lengthwise arch. This type of foot is typically twisted towards the inside placing strain on the ankle and knee.

The insole works to reduce the lowering of the arch. As it supports the foot in the arched position it reduces pressure on the sole and its attendant nerves and blood vessels.
